Job Description:
The Roll Forming Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining roll forming machines to manufacture metal components according to precise specifications. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient and quality production of metal profiles used in various construction and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate roll forming machines, ensuring production meets quality and efficiency standards.
  • Interpret and follow engineering drawings and work orders.
  • Adjust machine settings to achieve accurate cuts and bends on metal profiles.
  • Monitor the production process, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance as required.
  • Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet the company’s quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating roll forming machines or similar metal fabrication equipment is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adjust machinery.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
  • Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
