What Is a Double Layer Roof Panel Machine?

A double layer roof panel roll forming machine is a single production line configured with two complete roller sets, allowing the operator to switch between two different roofing profiles without changing tooling.

Double layer machines are commonly used when producing:

Trapezoidal + corrugated roofing panels
PBR + AG roof panels
Box profile + corrugated sheets
Roofing + wall cladding profiles

Switching between profiles is typically done via a manual or hydraulic cassette or height-adjustment system, depending on machine design.
