Machine Matcher Buyer’s Guide

Welcome to Machine Matcher! We’ve crafted this guide to help you understand our process from the moment you inquire about a machine until it’s delivered and installed at your location. Our goal is to make your purchasing experience smooth and efficient.

Step 1: Initial Inquiry

CONTACT US

Start by filling out the contact form or reaching out directly via email or phone. You can also upload your machine specifications on our website to begin the process.

Please note: All images shown are examples. Actual specifications will depend on your chosen profile and optional features. Machines can be painted in your preferred colors.

PROVIDE DETAILS

To offer you the most accurate quote, we’ll need to know:

  • Machine specifications (machine type, profile, material, size, etc.)
  • Power supply details (voltage, frequency)
  • Profile drawings/sketches (if available)
  • Delivery location and timeline (shipping preferences)

Step 2: Quote and Machine Selection

CUSTOM QUOTE

Once we have all your information, we’ll provide a custom quote based on the machine specifications and your location.

MACHINE SELECTION

Based on your needs, we’ll recommend the most suitable machine(s). If you need modifications, we’ll guide you through the available options.

Step 3: Order Confirmation and Deposit

ORDER AGREEMENT

After finalizing the machine details and pricing, we’ll send you a purchase agreement outlining the terms and conditions.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

To confirm your order, a deposit is required—typically 50% of the total cost—payable via bank transfer. This deposit secures your machine’s production slot.

A detailed profile drawing will be sent to you for confirmation before production.

CURRENCY

All payments are calculated and invoiced in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Step 4: Manufacturing

PRODUCTION START

Manufacturing begins after we receive your deposit. Typical lead times range from 8 to 24 weeks depending on complexity and order volume.

PROGRESS UPDATES

You’ll receive regular updates throughout production, including photos and status reports. Any necessary adjustments will be discussed with you.

Step 5: Quality Checks and Testing

PRE-SHIPMENT TESTING

Before shipping, we conduct extensive quality control checks and performance tests to ensure your machine meets all standards.

QUALITY CONTROL CHECKLIST:

  • Mechanical Checks
    • Roller alignment and calibration
    • Gearbox and drive system inspection
    • Frame and structural integrity
    • Shaft concentricity and runout
    • Roller shaft bearings
  • Electrical & Control System Checks
    • PLC system and HMI testing
    • Motor and inverter performance
    • Wiring and terminal inspections
    • Emergency stop and restart functionality
  • Cutting & Punching System Tests
    • Hydraulic cutting accuracy and blade sharpness
    • Punching/notching alignment and precision
  • Dimensional Accuracy Tests
    • Profile width, height, and angle verification
    • Length tolerance testing (typically within ±1 mm)
  • Operational Testing
    • Dry run (no material)
    • Trial run with actual coil
    • Speed test at promised production rate (e.g., 20–40 m/min)
  • High-Gauge Stress Testing

We run your machine with a thicker coil than its typical range to ensure:

    • Structural integrity
    • Load endurance
    • System reliability
    • No deformation or overheating

This confirms that your machine is built to exceed normal production conditions.

  • Safety Checks
    • Protective guards and interlock verification
    • Overload protection simulation
    • Alarm and fault system testing
  • Inspection Options

We welcome in-person inspections or video call reviews prior to shipping.
