Welcome to Machine Matcher! We’ve crafted this guide to help you understand our process from the moment you inquire about a machine until it’s delivered and installed at your location. Our goal is to make your purchasing experience smooth and efficient.
Start by filling out the contact form or reaching out directly via email or phone. You can also upload your machine specifications on our website to begin the process.
Please note: All images shown are examples. Actual specifications will depend on your chosen profile and optional features. Machines can be painted in your preferred colors.
To offer you the most accurate quote, we’ll need to know:
Once we have all your information, we’ll provide a custom quote based on the machine specifications and your location.
Based on your needs, we’ll recommend the most suitable machine(s). If you need modifications, we’ll guide you through the available options.
After finalizing the machine details and pricing, we’ll send you a purchase agreement outlining the terms and conditions.
To confirm your order, a deposit is required—typically 50% of the total cost—payable via bank transfer. This deposit secures your machine’s production slot.
A detailed profile drawing will be sent to you for confirmation before production.
All payments are calculated and invoiced in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Manufacturing begins after we receive your deposit. Typical lead times range from 8 to 24 weeks depending on complexity and order volume.
You’ll receive regular updates throughout production, including photos and status reports. Any necessary adjustments will be discussed with you.
Before shipping, we conduct extensive quality control checks and performance tests to ensure your machine meets all standards.
We run your machine with a thicker coil than its typical range to ensure:
This confirms that your machine is built to exceed normal production conditions.
We welcome in-person inspections or video call reviews prior to shipping.
The final 50% payment is required after passing inspection and before dispatch.
