Local and International Manufacturers in Egypt

While Egypt has a few local workshops producing basic forming lines, most advanced machines are imported. Key sources include:

Local Fabricators: Basic roofing panel machines
Turkish Suppliers: High-quality yet cost-effective mid-range systems
Chinese Manufacturers: Full range from budget to fully automated systems
European Suppliers: High-end machinery with CE certification and advanced PLCs

Setup and Operation

Machine Setup

Level the machine base and secure foundation bolts
Connect 3-phase power (typically 380V in Egypt)
Load coil onto the uncoiler
Calibrate the PLC with desired length, punch pattern, and cutting points

Operating Process

Feed the coil into the entry guide
Rollers form the profile progressively
Optional punching, embossing, or notching occurs inline
Hydraulic or servo-driven cut-to-length
Finished part exits onto the receiving table or stacker

Operator training is essential, especially for profile calibration, handling coil weight, and using the PLC system efficiently.
