CNC gantry cutting machine in three spans (4, 5, and 6m) for plasma cutting of steel and non-ferrous plate, with an optional flame cutting torch, bevel stations, and powder and inkjet marking.

The AG series is a CNC gantry cutting machine for plate. The standard machine cuts with plasma, and can also be fitted with flame cutting for thick steel. Plasma cutting with the right working gas handles metals that are hard to cut with oxygen, and is especially effective on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, copper, titanium, and nickel. Jinfeng says the cutting speed on ordinary carbon steel sheet can be 5 to 6 times that of oxygen cutting, with a smooth cut face, little thermal deformation, and almost no heat-affected zone.

There are three models by gantry span: the AG-400 (4,000mm span, 3,200mm effective cutting width), the AG-500 (5,000mm, 4,200mm), and the AG-600 (6,000mm, 5,200mm). The rail is 14,000mm long as standard, extendable on request, and the effective cutting length is the rail length less 2,000mm, so 12,000mm as standard. The machine has two cutting torch carriages, bilateral longitudinal drive, and a travel speed of 0.1 to 12m/min.
