The Automatic Metal Mesh Welding Machine replaces manual welding in the production of steel mesh. It welds carbon steel rebar from 6mm to 16mm in diameter using the MIG/MAG process, and produces meshes up to 1.3m × 5m with adjustable spacing from 6mm to 50mm.

The machine is servo driven, and the welding area has dual pneumatic clamps with adjustable pressure of 0.2 to 0.5MPa.
