The High Speed Screw Thread Rolling Machine forms threads on screw and bolt blanks by rolling, at a high rate and with minimal operator involvement. FFI offers three models: the FFI-KN4R-40 for small screws (φ2 to 4mm), the FFI-KN5R-60 (φ2 to 5mm), and the FFI-KN6R-80 (φ3 to 6mm). Thread lengths run from 4mm up to 80mm depending on the model, and output reaches up to 320 pieces per minute on the smallest.
