The HF32 is a high-frequency ERW (electric resistance welded) pipe production line for small to medium-diameter pipe. It makes round pipe from 15mm to 65mm in diameter, with wall thicknesses of 0.5 to 2.5mm. It also makes square pipe from 20 × 20mm to 50.8 × 50.8mm (walls 0.5 to 2.0mm) and rectangular pipe from 10 × 30mm to 40 × 60mm. Production speed runs from 20 to 100m/min.

The line forms steel strip into a pipe shape through rolling moulds. High-frequency current then heats the strip edges, using the proximity effect and skin effect, and the edges are pressed together to form the weld. The pipe is cooled with water and finished through sizing and straightening moulds. The complete line runs from raw material feeding through to cutting and collecting the finished pipe, and speed can be adjusted to suit pipe size.

It runs carbon steel coil, galvanised steel coil, and other hot or cold rolled steel coil.
