The HG406 is a high-frequency ERW (electric resistance welded) pipe production line designed for large-diameter pipe. Round pipe is formed with Teneng's "FF" forming technology, and square and rectangular pipe is made by forming round pipe first and reshaping it to square. Welding is solid-state high-frequency welding. Teneng says this gives stable forming, a firm weld seam, and high precision.
