The JIH-CNC E Type is a 3-axis CNC machining center for long aluminium profiles. It uses a travelling column design, and the X axis stroke is chosen to suit your longest workpiece: 3,500, 4,500, 5,500, or 6,500mm. The table is 300mm wide and uses a vise system (one set per metre) to hold profiles.

The machine is built for speed and profile work. It has an ISO 30 spindle running at up to 18,000 rpm, high-precision linear guideways on all three axes, and Y and Z ball screws directly coupled to the servo motors for efficient, accurate transmission. An 8-tool carousel magazine with bi-directional, random tool selection keeps tool changes fast.

The controller is PC-based, with Mitsubishi, Fanuc, or Siemens controllers available as options. It is a lighter machine than JIH-I's heavy-duty H Type, at 3,500 to 5,500kg, and is aimed at aluminium, plastic, and other non-ferrous materials rather than steel or iron.
