The MAFM-830 is a CNC multi-head milling machine for the automatic milling of slots in aluminium formwork panels. It handles U panels and IC profiles, and can be configured with 6, 7, or 8 individual milling heads, so up to 8 slots can be milled at the same time.

Each milling head works independently and has its own fine adjustment. Each milling shaft also has a digital measurement display, which makes it quicker to set the distance between slots. The feeding system is servo-driven, with settings that can be adapted to different working modes.

The machine has two working tables, so two workpieces can be loaded at the same time. The table is specially designed to suit both older and newer formwork panel designs, and the clamping fixtures are shaped to the workpiece. Fixtures for non-standard profiles can be made to order.
