The MDT-200 is an automatic machine for high-speed drilling of the holes in aluminium formwork beam bars. The beam bar holder can be loaded with 20 or more beam bars at a time, and the machine then runs the whole cycle by itself: it automatically feeds the beam bars, drills the holes, and unloads the finished products.

The holes are made with a high-speed shaft motor that mills them quickly and leaves a smooth surface without burrs. Because loading is done in batches of 20 or more, an operator can load the magazine and attend to other tasks while the machine works through the bars.
