The Pipe Convey System covers everything that happens to pipe after it leaves the mill: moving it along the line, turning it, inspecting it, repairing weld defects, cleaning it, and placing it on racks. The Equipment in the System

• Driven conveyor: carries pipe lengthwise along the line
• Idle conveyor: a non-powered conveyor that carries pipe lengthwise
• Ejector: flips pipe from the conveyor or support rollers onto the rack
• Pipe delivery car: moves pipe sideways, and can replace the ejector for transfers between the rack and the conveyor
• Swinging pipe delivery cart: turns the direction of pipe travel by 90°

• Pipe lifting rotator: lifts and rotates the pipe, used for repair welding and manual inspection
