The PSG200 is a small CNC plasma cutting machine for sheet metal and small parts. It is built as a gantry over an integral cutting table, which Jinfeng says gives more stable cutting and better precision than a separate table. The machine has a 2,000mm gantry specification and a 4,000mm rail.

The plasma system uses a Hypertherm plasma source (listed as MAX200PRO) and a Hypertherm MicroEDGE Pro CNC, with automatic torch height control from Jinfeng's own arc-voltage sensor. Jinfeng says the plasma arc gives concentrated heat and a high temperature, giving faster cutting and less deformation, and that it also cuts stainless steel and aluminium. A lower power plasma source is available as an option.

The table has a shallow water tank that absorbs cutting dust, making the machine cleaner, and an additional dust extraction system can be added on request. Drives use Panasonic servo motors and drive systems with Shimpo planetary gearboxes.
