The Jinbolida Automatic Loading Hydraulic Decoiler replaces slow, risky crane-hook loading with an automated system that loads coils directly onto a hydraulic expanding mandrel. A variable-frequency coil transfer car brings the coil from a storage area, servo-driven lifting raises it into line with the mandrel, and the hydraulic mandrel expands to grip it. Operators control the whole process by remote from a safe distance. Because coils are placed rather than dropped on by crane, the decoiler avoids the impact loads that damage conventional machines, giving it a longer service life.
