The Jinbolida Automatic Steel Feeding Machine is a complete coil loading and uncoiling system for strip steel production lines. A servo-driven coil car with hydraulic lifting carries the coil to a hydraulic active uncoiler, where a pneumatic clamping arm secures it, and the whole loading sequence takes around 30 seconds. The uncoiler handles coils up to 5 tonnes and 400 mm wide, with inner diameters of 508–610 mm. The system scans each coil on arrival, warns when material is running low, and can connect to ERP and MES systems for material tracking.
