The Beenew C30030 is an automatic size-change roll forming machine for C channels and C purlins from 75 to 300 mm, in material 1.0 to 3.0 mm thick. Sizes change in about five minutes without swapping rollers, spacers or the cutter, and any size within the range can be produced.

The line runs decoiler, feeding and levelling, 14-station chain-driven roll former, hydraulic punching and cutting, and run-out track. Holes can optionally be punched anywhere on the web and flanges.
