Novotek's C Purlin Automatic Stacking Machine collects finished C purlins at the end of a roll forming line and stacks them in programmed counts and layers. It is built for cold-rolled, galvanised purlins from 80 to 300 mm wide.

The stacker combines a roller conveyor, an automatic stacker and a chain conveyor, and runs at up to 50 m/min. A PLC controls counting, stacking and delivery, so operators do not need to handle the purlins by hand.
