The Beenew C20020 produces galvanised steel C purlins from 50 to 200 mm wide, from coil 1.0 to 2.0 mm thick. It is a fully automatic size-change machine: any size within the range can be set without swapping rollers, spacers or the cutter. Beenew holds a patent on its automatic size-switching system.

The line runs decoiler, feeding and levelling, roll forming, hydraulic punching and cutting, and product support frames. Holes can optionally be punched at any position on the web and flanges.
