The Beenew Cable Tray Roll Forming Machine is an automated production line for building and industrial cable trays. It combines an uncoiler, a hydraulic punching and cutting system, and a width-adjustable roll forming system, and handles steel from 1 to 2 mm thick. How It Works

• Coil is loaded onto the uncoiler
• The strip is levelled and fed forward by servo feeding
• The hydraulic unit punches the tray's perforation pattern and cuts the blank to length
• The width-adjustable roll former forms the tray profile
• Finished trays are discharged from the line
