Beenew's Corrugated Roof Tile Making Machine roll forms and presses continuous tile-effect roof sheets. After forming, a hydraulic press puts in the steps, with the step length adjustable from 200 to 400 mm, and cuts the sheets to length.

It takes 0.3–0.6 mm PPGI or aluminium-zinc coated coil at a 1,220 mm feed width and runs at about 4–6 m/min.
