Novotek's Customized C Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine produces both C and Z purlins on one line, in different sizes and thicknesses, with holes punched in the web and flange. It is a fully automatic pre-punching and pre-cutting type.

Switching between C and Z profiles, and changing size, is set on a touch panel and carried out under PLC control, so the line does not need roller changes between profiles. The punching section combines 8 PLC-controlled lateral-moving punching units with 2 manually controlled lateral-moving units.
