The Beenew CZ30030 is a fully automatic roll forming machine that produces both C and Z purlins on one line. It makes C purlins from 100 to 300 mm wide and Z purlins from 140 to 300 mm wide, with purlin size set on the touchscreen and adjusted continuously across that range.

C purlins are typically used as joists for walls and floors, and Z purlins for roof and wall girts. Switching between C and Z is manual on the standard machine, and a fully automatic version is available where the changeover is controlled by the PLC.
