Novotek's CZ Purlin Roll Forming Machine produces both C and Z purlins on one line, switching between the two profiles and between purlin sizes without a change of tooling set. It is offered in fully automatic and semi-automatic versions.

In the fully automatic version, purlin size change and C/Z interchange are both controlled by PLC and operated from a touch panel, taking within 1 minute. In the semi-automatic version, size change is by push button and the C/Z interchange is done manually, within 10 minutes.
