Beenew's Door Frame Roll Forming Machine is a complete line for steel door frames, from coil to finished, punched and cut profiles. It integrates a decoiler, feeding and levelling, a five-cylinder pre-punching unit, roll former, hydraulic post-cutter, run-out table, hydraulic power unit and PLC.

The long forming section gives a clean final profile with less operator time, and the line is stable, accurate and straightforward to run. Profile sizes are changed by replacing roller sleeves.
