Electric Stacker — 1,500 kg Load Capacity, 2 000 mm Lift

Overview

This electric stacker is engineered to offer reliable, efficient material handling in warehouses, distribution centers, and production facilities. Designed for durability and operator comfort, it’s ideal for lifting, stacking, and transporting pallets in tight spaces.

Key Specifications

Features & Benefits

• High Load Capacity With a 1,500 kg rated capacity, this stacker can handle heavy pallet loads with ease and confidence.
• Second-Stage Lift to 2 000 mm The 2 meter lift height gives flexibility to stack goods on higher racking levels, optimizing vertical warehouse space.
• Robust Powertrain The 0.75 kW drive motor ensures reliable travel performance, while the 2.2 kW lifting motor provides strong and smooth lifting even under full loads.
• Dual Lead-Acid Battery System Two 100 Ah / 12 V batteries supply sufficient energy for long shift operations. The lead-acid design is well-understood, cost-effective, and easy to maintain.
• Sturdy and Stable Construction The frame and mast are reinforced to resist bending or tilting under load. Stability is preserved even at full lift height.
• Ergonomic Controls The operation handle integrates key switch, up/down buttons, a turtle (low-speed) switch, and other controls in an intuitive layout. The handle is spring-loaded for safe automatic return when released.
• Compact & Maneuverable A side drive design yields a smaller turning radius and better visibility, making the stacker ideal for narrow aisles and tight warehouse layouts.
• Low Maintenance The battery system is designed to be maintenance-friendly. Regular servicing is simplified, and downtime is minimized through accessible components.

Applications

• Warehousing & storage operations
• Production lines needing in-plant material transfer
• Retail distribution centers
• Cold storage (with appropriate environmental adaptations)
• Any facility needing vertical pallet stacking in constrained spaces

Usage Tips & Considerations

• Always conduct a pre-use safety inspection: check fork integrity, brakes, wiring, and battery condition.
• Match the battery charge strategy to shift lengths—fully charge between shifts to ensure maximum runtime.
• Train operators on safe lifting, lowering, and travel practices, especially when loads are at full height.
• Use proper maintenance intervals for lubrication, battery inspection, and component checks to prolong service life.
