MNM's Floor Deck Roll Forming Machine produces steel floor decking in the Bondek style: a ribbed deck that acts as permanent formwork for a concrete slab and, once the concrete has cured, as part of its reinforcement.

Deck profiles are deep and need a lot of forming force, so this is one of MNM's heaviest lines, with up to 33 forming stations on shafts up to 115 mm and a weight of 18 to 22 tonnes. Each machine is configured to the customer's deck profile.
