Novotek's Fully Automatic CZU Purlin Roll Forming Machine (NTK-CZ U-200AF) produces C, Z and U purlin profiles from galvanised or black steel sheet in thicknesses of 1.5–3.0 mm.

The main machine is gearbox driven and cuts on the fly, so the line keeps running while each purlin is cut. It runs at 30–40 m/min including cutting and finishes with an automatic stacker. Switching between C, Z and U and changing the profile size are both set on the control panel, with no manual changeover.
