Beenew's Glazed Tile Roll Forming Machine produces colour steel roof sheets shaped like traditional glazed clay tiles. The steel version is lighter, thinner and more durable than clay, which suits villas, factories and warehouses.

Forming runs at 3.6 m/min or more with a 240 mm step. A hand-operated pre-shear and a hydraulic post-shear cut the sheets, under PLC control with ±2 mm length accuracy.
