Beenew makes decoilers to feed its roll forming, slitting and cut-to-length lines, and supplies them as standalone units. This model is a 7-tonne hydraulic decoiler with automatic uncoiling and hydraulic mandrel expansion. Horizontal, steel and manual decoilers are also available, and units can be customised.

The mandrel both turns the coil and holds it under tension, so the strip feeds smoothly into the line. A coil car for faster, safer coil loading can be added.
