Nantong Super's Hydraulic Slitting Line (model ZJX-0.5-6X1600) cuts wide steel coil into narrower strips and recoils them ready for the next process. It handles cold rolled, hot rolled, stainless and galvanised steel.

The line is designed for both thin and thick material, from 0.5 mm up to 6 mm. Operation is automatic along the whole line, with a line speed of up to 40 m/min. Hydraulic functions cover coil loading, blade changing and recoiling.
