IBR Roof Sheet Making Machine | Beenew, Xiamen, China

Beenew's IBR Making Machine produces IBR roof sheeting, the deep, broad trapezoidal profile widely used in South Africa, Zimbabwe and neighbouring countries for its drainage and load-bearing performance. Sheets come off the line free of edge burrs and surface scratches.

The machine is deliberately heavy: Beenew builds it from 13–15 tonnes of raw material, against the 8–10 tonnes typical for roofing machines, for stability and a long working life. The base is milled flat on a gantry mill, roller shafts are ground at least twice and rollers are CNC-machined. Beenew technicians can install the machine and train operators on site.
