Metal Coil Slitting Line | Shunmao, Hebei, China

Shunmao's Metal Coil Slitting Line cuts steel coil lengthwise into narrower strips of the required width. The process runs through uncoiling, straightening, slitting and winding, which makes better use of the material and gives consistent strip quality.

It is offered in two ranges: a heavy range for coils 800–2,000 mm wide and 1.0–6.0 mm thick, and a lighter range for coils 500–1,250 mm wide and 0.5–2 mm thick. Longitudinal and transverse slitting layouts are available, and the line can cut steel bars as well as plate of various sizes. Custom configurations can be built to suit production needs.
