Yiming's Power Press Pneumatic Feeder AF-1C–AF-11C pushes strip material into a power press in measured steps, for high-speed precision metal stamping lines. It is offered in eleven sizes, from the compact AF-1C to the AF-11C.

It is designed to sit between an uncoiler and the press, and can be followed by an automatic winding machine to complete the line. Solenoid valves handle feed control and precision correction, and the larger models have wear-resistant track.

• E-type solenoid valve for presses where the punch stroke is very short or very long, so feeding can be controlled by the valve
• R-type release solenoid valve fitted as standard, which loosens the fixed splint to correct feeding errors and helps protect the mould from wear
• R-type relaxation solenoid valve fitted as standard, which fixes the clamping plate for fast correction without marking the material surface and can act on its own
• Round bar track on models above AF-7C for better wear resistance and linear accuracy
• Ribbon punch supplied with AF-3C and larger models to reduce impact and wear
• A reinforced pneumatic feeder is available for material that is too long or too wide
