Novotek's Pre-Cut and Pre-Punch C Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine (NTK-CZ-300AQ) produces both C and Z purlins on one line, in a range of sizes and thicknesses, with holes punched in the web and flange before the profile is cut to length.

Changeover between C and Z sections and between sizes is controlled by PLC and set on a touch panel, with continuously adjustable size change. Two PLC-controlled lateral-movement punching units are fitted as standard, and more can be added. A larger NTK-CZ-400 model is also available.
