Novotek's Pre-Punch C/Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine produces both C and Z purlins on one line, punched and cut to length. It handles C profiles from 80–300 mm and Z profiles from 120–300 mm in 1.5–3.0 mm galvanised or black steel.

Switching between C and Z sections and changing the purlin size are both set from a touch panel and carried out under PLC control, so the line can move between profiles without manual roller changes. A larger NTK-CZ-400 model is also available.
