Yiming's S Loop Straightener (TUS series) flattens and relieves stress in thin metal strip before it enters a high-speed stamping line. It is offered in three models, TUS-200, TUS-300 and TUS-400, for strip widths up to 200, 300 and 400 mm.

It is designed for high-precision thin material, where coil set and uncorrected stress would spoil the stamped part. An inverter controls the delivery speed, and the strip passes through a buffer loop into the press so the straightener can stay in step with it. It is best paired with a double mandrel uncoiler (MTD).
