Novotek's Semi-Automatic C/Z Purlin Roll Forming Machine NTK-CZ-400 produces both C purlins and Z purlins on a single line, in a range of sizes and thicknesses, with punching in the web and flange.

Switching between C and Z profiles and changing the purlin size are both set through a PLC touch panel, with size continuously adjustable. The profile interchange unit is operated manually, and the size change is made by push button. A fully automatic version is also available, as is a smaller NTK-CZ-300 model.
