Nantong Super's Semi-Automatic Cut to Length Line uncoils, levels and shears steel coil into flat sheets. It handles coil up to 3 mm thick and 1,600 mm wide, at line speeds of 0–30 m/min.

The line runs on PLC control with servo-driven feeding for precise length control. It finishes with a pneumatic stacker so cut sheets are piled automatically. It is suited to carbon cold and hot rolled steel, silicon steel and galvanised coil.
