Beenew's Solar Channel Roll Forming Machine C50-160 is a high-speed line for C-section channels used in rooftop and ground-mounted PV structures. It forms 1.5–2.5 mm strip at up to 40 m/min, punching and cutting on the move so the line never stops.

The forming section is a heavy, gearbox-driven build with 85 mm shafts, 55 mm columns and a 25 mm welded base plate, driven by a servo motor.
