A typical line runs decoiler, feeding, levelling, punching, roll forming, cutting and optional automatic stacking. Beenew's parametric punching holes the profile only where the design needs it, rather than perforating it fully, which keeps the profile strong. Punching parameters can link to the customer's ERP system, profiles can be marked for assembly, and robotic unloading can bundle or box finished parts. One operator runs the line.
