Beenew's Silo Roll Forming Machine produces curved, punched corrugated sheets for steel silo walls in one integrated line. Sheets are roll formed, punched and then curved hydraulically to the silo radius, with all three sections working together under one PLC and a touchscreen HMI.

Interchangeable punching dies allow different hole patterns for different silo designs, and the curving radius is set from the control system. Automated sheet loading and unloading and in-line quality monitoring can be added.
