Beenew's Steel Stud Roll Forming Machine is a heavy-gauge line for studs, tracks, channels and C/U/T profiles, forming material from 1.5 to 4.0 mm. Web and flange sizes are adjustable, and the forming section keeps running while the hydraulic cutter works.

The profiles it makes are used as vertical framing in non-load-bearing walls, ceiling supports, plasterboard brackets and PV mounting rails. Beenew builds the machine to the customer's profile drawings, with high-speed forming, fast punching and fast cutting available.
