This used Delta Brands dual injector head slitting line is available from Galaxie Corporation. It is a complete line for slitting heavy coil, rated for 72 inch width, .500 inch thickness and 60,000 lb coil weight.

The line has two dual injector slitter heads (60 inch and 72 inch) on 11 inch diameter arbors, ABB DCS 800 digital drives and touch screen controls with digital readouts. It also includes a double cone uncoiler, four roll powered flattener, scrap choppers and a full hydraulic drum recoiler with exit coil car.

Tooling and spares are included: knives, rubbers, spacers, new Micarta separators and some new slitter knives. The line can be inspected under power and operating.
