This used Pivatic PCC125-e CNC cassette punching and cut-to-length line (2013) is available from Galaxie Corporation. It uncoils, straightens, punches and shears steel strip into flat blanks, and it can also run in cut-to-length mode only.

It takes strip from 60 mm to 1,250 mm wide in coils up to 10,000 kg. The punching station has a 300 kN punching force and two tool cassettes of 21 stations each, and the line produces blanks up to 2,500 mm long. A Siemens Sinumerik 840D control with integrated PLC runs the line.
