Vigert Cut Line Leveling Machine 2230

VIGERT Used Cut Line Leveling Machine 2230 – Precision Flattening for Metal Coil Processing

The VIGERT Used Cut Line Leveling Machine 2230 is a high-performance industrial machine designed for precision metal sheet and coil processing. Built for reliability and engineered with attention to detail, this leveling machine is an essential piece of equipment for manufacturers and processors who demand perfectly flat, stress-free metal surfaces for downstream operations such as stamping, forming, or cutting.

Whether integrated into an advanced coil processing line or operated as a standalone unit in a metal fabrication facility, the Used Cut Line Leveling Machine 2230 offers versatility, durability, and the kind of performance expected from a professional-grade metalworking solution.

Key Features and Capabilities

Purpose-Built for Coil and Sheet Leveling

At the core of its functionality, the Cut Line Leveling Machine 2230 is designed to remove waves, residual stresses, and bends in metal coils or sheets. These imperfections often occur during the rolling, coiling, or transportation stages of metal production. Left uncorrected, they can negatively affect the quality and consistency of subsequent fabrication processes.

This leveling machine applies controlled pressure using precision rollers to ensure that the metal material exits the machine with a uniform, flat profile—ready for critical operations where precision matters.

Sturdy, Industrial-Grade Construction

The VIGERT 2230 model features a heavy-duty frame and robust mechanical components that can endure the high forces involved in leveling thick or tough metal materials. This rugged construction is essential for maintaining precision over long-term use and frequent operation, especially in demanding environments where downtime is not an option.

Whether operating continuously in a production facility or periodically in a job shop, the machine is built to deliver consistent results with minimal maintenance interruptions.

High-Precision Leveling Rollers

Central to the machine’s performance are its multiple sets of leveling rollers, strategically arranged in both upper and lower configurations. These rollers are finely machined and aligned to ensure uniform contact and pressure distribution across the surface of the metal.

As the coil or sheet passes through the rollers, the material is gradually straightened and flattened. This process not only eliminates visible deformities but also relieves internal stresses that can cause warping or distortion later on.

Adjustable Settings for Versatile Operation

Not all metal materials are the same—different thicknesses, hardness levels, and compositions require tailored approaches to leveling. The Used Cut Line Leveling Machine 2230 addresses this need with adjustable operational settings, including:

• Roller pressure control
• Roller gap adjustment
• Speed control for roller rotation

These controls allow operators to fine-tune the machine’s performance to suit a wide range of metal types, including cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum, and more.

Automated Operation and Digital Controls

Efficiency and repeatability are vital in modern manufacturing, which is why this machine may include automated systems such as PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) components. These systems simplify the setup, monitoring, and adjustment processes, reducing the risk of error and enhancing operational consistency.

Operators can set leveling parameters via an intuitive digital interface, monitor real-time machine status, and make quick adjustments without manual recalibration. This translates to higher throughput and better quality assurance.

Engineered for Safety

Safety is an integral part of the VIGERT 2230’s design. It is typically equipped with:

• Emergency stop buttons
• Protective guards and covers
• Safety interlocks

These features help safeguard the operator from moving parts and electrical hazards, ensuring the machine complies with industrial safety standards and reduces workplace risks.

Flexible Integration Options

The VIGERT 2230 is compatible with a variety of metal processing setups. It can function as a standalone leveling station, or it can be integrated into a complete processing line, including:

• Coil slitting lines
• Cut-to-length lines
• Roll forming lines

Its flexibility makes it ideal for manufacturers looking to upgrade or expand their operations without a complete overhaul of existing systems.

Reliable Performance and Repeatability

With its robust mechanical design and precision controls, the Cut Line Leveling Machine 2230 is engineered to deliver consistent, repeatable results across multiple batches and coil types. Whether you're working with thick structural sheet metal or lighter gauge decorative materials, the output is reliably flat and stress-free—ready for precision fabrication.

Used Machine Advantage

This machine is a pre-owned model—fully inspected and evaluated for operational readiness. Buying a used machine offers a significant cost advantage over purchasing new equipment while still benefiting from proven industrial-grade performance.

Customers can also enjoy faster availability compared to long lead times for newly manufactured equipment.
