Vigert Cut-to-Length Line Cl1515

Used VIGERT Cut-To-Length Line CL1515 – Heavy-Duty Precision Coil Processing Machine

The VIGERT Cut-To-Length Line CL1515 is a high-capacity, industrial-grade solution for processing metal coils with precision, speed, and consistency. Designed for demanding manufacturing environments, this machine delivers exceptional cutting performance, efficient coil handling, and durable construction. With the ability to process coils up to 1500mm wide and 15mm thick, it is perfectly suited for mid-to-heavy gauge metal operations across multiple industries including construction, automotive, shipbuilding, and general fabrication.

Whether you are expanding your coil processing capabilities or seeking a reliable used machine to match your current production demands, the CL1515 offers a strong balance of capacity, technology, and proven industrial performance.

Key Features and Benefits

1. Robust Industrial Construction

The CL1515 is engineered with a heavy-duty frame and high-strength components, designed to withstand the rigors of continuous operation in high-output industrial settings. Its rigid structure ensures minimal vibration, contributing to more accurate cutting and extended machine life. This level of build quality allows manufacturers to run demanding coil processing operations with confidence.

2. Large Coil Capacity – Width and Thickness

As denoted by the model designation "CL1515", this Cut-To-Length line is capable of handling coils up to 1500mm in width and 15mm in thickness. This makes it ideal for a wide variety of medium to heavy-gauge steel, stainless steel, and aluminum applications.

Such a wide and thick capacity means fewer coil changes, improved productivity, and greater versatility when dealing with different materials and customer specifications.

3. Precision Coil Cutting

At the core of the CL1515’s value proposition is its precision cutting capability. The integrated shear system ensures that every cut meets tight tolerance requirements, delivering clean edges and consistent part lengths across the entire run.

The cutting section can be configured to suit different production needs, enabling the user to cut coils to exact lengths with minimal material waste. This is especially important for operations that demand high repeatability and minimal deviation in cut sizes.

4. Integrated Coil Feeding System

The system features an automatic coil feeding mechanism designed to streamline the input process. This ensures that metal sheets are fed accurately and consistently into the cutting unit, minimizing operator intervention and maximizing throughput.

This auto-feeding system enhances both safety and efficiency while helping to maintain uniform cutting quality.

5. Straightening and Leveling Functionality

The VIGERT CL1515 is also equipped with straightening and leveling units to ensure the material is completely flat before cutting. Uneven or deformed coils can lead to defects in the final cut sheets, so this feature is crucial for producing high-quality finished products.

Proper leveling also reduces machine wear and improves downstream production results—ideal for processes such as stamping, bending, or welding.

6. Advanced Control System

Operators can control the entire cutting line through an integrated control system, which offers real-time monitoring, adjustment capabilities, and production management tools. This centralized control system enhances usability and minimizes errors, making it easier for your team to set up and operate the machine efficiently.

Operators can input specific cutting lengths, adjust feed speeds, and monitor system performance through a user-friendly interface, allowing for flexibility across different production batches.

7. Multi-Material Compatibility

One of the biggest advantages of the CL1515 is its material versatility. It can process a range of coil materials including:

• Mild Steel
• Galvanized Steel
• Stainless Steel
• Aluminum
• High-strength Steel

This makes the machine suitable for a wide variety of industry needs—from automotive manufacturing to construction panel production, shipbuilding, and aerospace component fabrication.

8. Cost-Effective Used Machine Option

Purchasing a used Cut-To-Length line like the CL1515 can deliver considerable savings compared to buying new, especially when the machine is still in good working condition. Used machines allow businesses to scale quickly without the large upfront capital expense typically required for new industrial equipment.

The VIGERT CL1515 has been maintained to meet operational standards and offers a strong return on investment for companies looking to boost production without compromising on quality or durability.
