Wide Rib Roof Deck Roll Forming Machine – UAE

Wide Rib Roof Deck Roll Forming Machine – UAE Specification & Product Overview

The Wide Rib Roof Deck Roll Forming Machine is designed to manufacture high-strength, wide-ribbed metal decking used primarily for roofing systems in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Tailored for the UAE construction market, this machine combines robust engineering with automation, allowing reliable high-speed production with precise shaping of heavy-gauge steel into structural deck panels that meet international and local building codes.

This machine is a critical investment for metal decking suppliers, steel structure contractors, roofing system manufacturers, and construction companies looking to streamline roof deck fabrication across cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Al Ain.

Product Description

The Wide Rib Roof Deck Roll Forming Machine is engineered for producing structural wide rib metal deck profiles that are typically used in load-bearing roofing applications. These profiles offer excellent span capacity and composite action when combined with concrete, making them ideal for large-scale commercial buildings, stadiums, warehouses, and high-rise towers across the UAE.

Built with a solid steel frame and precision-machined rollers, the machine can process high-tensile galvanized steel coils and form them into uniform deck panels with exacting tolerances. The system includes an automated cutting mechanism, PLC control unit, and safety guards, ensuring both production efficiency and operator safety.

This machine is custom-built to match the customer's required deck profile and can be modified for wide rib variants, making it compatible with common specifications used in Gulf construction standards.
