The EZHONG 500T hydraulic press delivers up to 500 tonnes of force for straightening, press-fitting, forming and trimming of metal parts, and for pressing powder products. It has its own independent hydraulic power unit and electrical system, PLC control, and a choice of fixed-stroke or fixed-pressure operation, so the same machine can press parts to a precise depth or to a set force. Chrome-plated guide columns and piston rod, a filtered pump inlet and imported high-pressure hoses keep it accurate, quiet and long-lasting. EZHONG states the design draws on German and Japanese technology and is protected by its own intellectual property.
