EZHONG

EZHONG is one of China's longest-established heavy metal forming machinery manufacturers, with roots going back to 1958. Operating today as Hubei Heavy Industry Equipment Co., Ltd, an independent company within the EZHONG Group, it designs and builds large-scale plate rolling, levelling and pressing equipment for heavy industry.

The company's factory in Ezhou, Hubei covers around 200,000 m² and runs roughly 800 major machines, including more than 100 large CNC and imported machine tools. Its workforce of about 610 includes 189 technical specialists. EZHONG reports having built China's largest CNC three-roll plate rolling machine, its highest-rigidity plate levelling machine and its largest axle pressing machine.

Its product range covers:

• Plate rolling machines: 3-roll and 4-roll models, including heavy-duty machines for wind towers, ship plates, storage tanks, and oil and gas pipelines
• Plate levelling machines: Cold and hot plate levellers from 7 to 17 rolls, including high-strength steel models
• Press machines: Hydraulic presses and screw presses
• Horizontal axle press machines: For railway axle and wheel assembly
• Profile bending machines: For bending sections and profiles
• Used machines: Second-hand plate rolling and levelling machines

EZHONG equipment is used across wind power, shipbuilding, pressure vessels, petrochemical, rail transport, bridge steel, engineering machinery and military sectors. The company holds a number of patents, has received provincial and national science and technology awards, and exports to more than 30 countries and regions. It has supplied heavy plate rolling machines to wind tower producers such as Lamprell in the UAE, and exhibits regularly at international trade shows in Russia, Japan, the Middle East and China.
